We are an independent 501(c)(3) research foundation investigating testable questions in human mechanobiology, mechanosensation, and physiological regulation.
We are not a clinic. We do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or any licensed scoring instrument. We make no causal claim about autism.
What we do

Rex Autistikōn Labs
The Labs investigate whether measurable tissue mechanical state at defined cranial-nerve-adjacent and midline-visceral interfaces relates to first-order afferent and physiological outcomes. Mechanical restriction is a hypothesis-level latent construct, not a diagnosis. The Phase 1 interactive model is illustrative only; empirical validation is pending.
We integrate biotensegrity theory, fascia as a sensory organ, mechanotransduction, viscoelastic signal filtering, and predictive coding frameworks to generate testable, mechanism-based hypotheses. The work prioritizes open science, mathematical formalization, and clear experimental pathways.
