What is the platform?

A secure research tool operated by Rex Autistikon Research Foundation, Inc., a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity. Approved collaborators submit coded measurement data for server-side Kelvin–Voigt and free-energy calculations. The platform is not a diagnostic device and is not a clinical service.

What data are stored?

• Collaborator identity (institutional email / lab ID via Microsoft Entra sign-in)
• Optional study or protocol ID and session number
• Participant pseudonym (direct identifiers are not required by the platform)
• Research classification fields as provided by the collaborator (e.g., group, age, region)
• Zone measurement parameters and computed outputs (fidelity, π_eff, free energy, MPA)

Who can see individual records?

• The submitting collaborator sees full detail of their own results.
• Foundation administrators may access records for system integrity and approved operations.
• Other collaborators see only de-identified aggregates (no individual lab identity; no single-source raw data from other sites).

Where are data stored?

Microsoft Azure (United States region). Authentication uses Microsoft Entra ID. Intake and results pages require sign-in. Data are stored in Azure Cosmos DB under the Foundation’s subscription.

Who is responsible for ethics approval?

The collaborating institution. Local IRB or ethics approval and informed consent (where required) remain the responsibility of the site investigator. The Foundation does not replace institutional review and does not claim oversight of local human-subjects protocols.

Is data shared externally?

Not without explicit written agreement. Aggregate, de-identified summaries may be used for scientific reporting consistent with the access model above.
